Arah "TRANE" Williams
A proud native of the Southside of Chicago, Illinois, Arah "TRANE" Williams has called Central Florida home for over 20 years. A veteran of the United States Army, TRANE has dedicated his life to service — and to the betterment of the community around him.
Craving the unmistakable taste of Chicago-style cuisine, and with little or no experience in the food industry, TRANE made a bold decision: to open an establishment catering to those authentic Chicago tastes. He introduced the classics he grew up loving — the Italian Beef sandwich and the legendary Jim Shoe.
Then came the sweet side. TRANE decided to add milkshakes and other sweet treats to the mix — and just like that, Scoops & Subs was born. His famous Monster Milkshakes quickly became the signature attraction, each one lovingly named after a loved one who has transitioned.
